New MIM framework · PN Scuola e competenze 2021–2027

Language mobility, work placements and internships abroad.

A school-first delivery partner for the Italian Ministry’s DM 125 / FSE+ opportunity. We help schools turn an approved project into a structured experience in Spain—with learning goals, accommodation, local partners and evidence ready for reporting.

The framework

FSE+ — not PNRR.

DM 125/2026 sits within the National Programme “Scuola e competenze” 2021–2027 and is financed by the European Social Fund Plus. It is a different funding line from PNRR projects such as DM 88/2025, even when the practical delivery includes mobility, language learning or work-based experience.

The school remains the applicant and project owner. IESLL can support the design and delivery of the Spain-based activities after the school’s own eligibility, application and authorisation steps.

What we deliver in Spain

A project that works on the ground.

Once the school has its project direction, we translate it into a practical, supervised programme in Costa Brava and Barcelona.

04

Optional travel support

06

How the partnership works

From school idea to a deliverable mobility project.

01

Check the line

Confirm the school profile, eligible student group, learning objectives and the DM 125 action that fits.

02

Build the brief

We define destination, sector, dates, activities, support needs and the evidence the school wants to collect.

03

School applies

The school manages its ministerial application, CUP, internal approvals, student selection and authorisation, following the published merit and ISEE priorities.

04

We deliver in Spain

After approval, our team delivers the educational programme, coordinates local partners and provides any agreed operational support and documentation.

Application timing

Plan early for the next ministerial window.

The first window under Avviso prot. 167911 (1–27 July 2026) has closed. The published information indicated a further call at the start of the 2026/27 school year, subject to available resources. Schools should verify the current status in the Ministry’s SIF2127 platform before applying.
